Crispy Tofu Bites
Ingredients
- 400 g Firm tofu
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
3. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the tofu cubes in the mixture until evenly coated.
4. Arrange the coated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
