Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 500 g Large mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- 50 g Grated cheese
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting the caps aside.
3. Finely chop the mushroom stems and sauté them in a pan with olive oil until softened.
4. Add minced garlic and cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
5. Stir in breadcrumbs, grated cheese, and chopped parsley, mixing well.
6. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
7. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
