Cloud Bread Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 90 g Cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, separate the eggs, placing the whites in one bowl and the yolks in another.

3. Add cream cheese to the yolks and mix until smooth and well combined.

4. In the bowl with the egg whites, add a pinch of salt and beat until stiff peaks form.

5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until fully incorporated, being careful not to deflate the mixture.

6. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming round shapes for the bread.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Allow the cloud bread to cool completely on a wire rack before using it for sandwiches.

9. Assemble your sandwiches with your choice of fillings between two pieces of cloud bread.
