Sliced Veal Zurich Style
Ingredients
- 500 g Veal, sliced
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 onion , chopped
- 100 ml White wine
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sliced veal and cook until browned on both sides.
3. Remove the veal from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
5. Stir in white wine and let it simmer until reduced by half.
6. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
7. Return the veal to the skillet and cook until heated through.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
