Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cauliflower
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 120 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 100 ml Hot sauce
  • 50 g Butter

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.

3. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.

4. In another bowl, combine water and a bit of oil to create a batter.

5. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat with the flour mixture.

6. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

8. While the wings are baking, prepare your favorite sauce by mixing hot sauce and melted butter.

9. Once the wings are done, toss them in the sauce until well coated.

10. Serve immediately with celery sticks and your choice of dip.
