Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 2 Eggs
- 1 onion , chopped
- 1 carrot , diced
- 1/2 cup Peas
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked, then remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
4. Add diced carrots and peas, cooking until tender.
5. Stir in cooked rice, breaking up any clumps, and mix well with the vegetables.
6. Add soy sauce and stir to combine, then return the scrambled eggs to the pan.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for a few more minutes until heated through.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
