Keto Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 100 g Almond flour
- 50 g Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 200 g Marinara sauce
- 150 g Mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. In a bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
