Salmon with Avocado Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 salmon Fillets
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 ripe Avocados
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 red Onion
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1 Lime
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
4. While the salmon is cooking, prepare the avocado salsa by combining diced avocado, chopped tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
5. Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
6. Serve the salmon topped with the fresh avocado salsa.
