Quick Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 400 g Chicken breast, sliced
- 200 g Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
5. Return the chicken to the pan and add soy sauce, stirring to combine.
6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
