Pear Carrot Purée for a Baby

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 ripe Pear
  • Water for cooking

Instructions

1. Start by peeling and chopping the carrots into small pieces.

2. Place the chopped carrots in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, which should take about 10-15 minutes.

3. While the carrots are cooking, peel and chop the pears into small chunks.

4. Once the carrots are tender, drain them and add them to a blender along with the pear chunks.

5. Blend the mixture until smooth, adding a little water if necessary to achieve the desired consistency.

6. Allow the purée to cool before serving it to your baby.
