Speedy Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 4 large Tortillas
- 200 g Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Cooked chicken or beans
- 1 bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 small Onion, sliced
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- Sour cream for serving
- Salsa for serving
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle cheese evenly over half of it.
3. Add your choice of fillings on top of the cheese.
4. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes more.
6. Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
