Korean Bibimbap
Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- 100 g Spinach
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 green Onions
- Gochujang
- Salt
Instructions
1. Cook rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
2. Prepare the vegetables: julienne carrots, slice zucchini, and chop spinach. Sauté each vegetable separately in a bit of oil until tender, seasoning with salt.
3. In a separate pan, fry an egg sunny-side up.
4. Assemble the bibimbap: In a bowl, place a serving of rice at the bottom. Arrange the sautéed vegetables on top in sections.
5. Add the fried egg in the center and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
6. Serve with gochujang on the side for mixing before eating.
