
Omnia Feta Pasta
Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 300 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 bell Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
Instructions
1. Preheat your Omnia oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a baking dish, place a block of feta cheese in the center.
3. Surround the feta with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, and minced garlic.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the feta and vegetables, then season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
5. Cover the dish with the Omnia lid and bake for about 30 minutes until the feta is soft and the tomatoes are blistered.
6. While the feta and vegetables are baking, cook your pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
7. Once the baking is done, remove the dish from the Omnia and mash the feta and tomatoes together with a fork to create a creamy sauce.
8. Drain the pasta and add it to the baking dish, mixing well to combine with the sauce.
9. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
