Omnia Herb Rolls
Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 7g dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mixed dried herbs
- 300ml warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and herbs. Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly.
2. Gradually add warm water to the dry mixture, stirring until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
3. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise for about 30 minutes until it doubles in size.
4. Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape each portion into a roll.
5. Arrange the rolls around the central chimney tube of the Omnia, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
6. Place the lid on the Omnia and set it on a low-medium heat on the gas burner.
7. Bake the rolls for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
8. Carefully remove the Omnia from the heat, let it cool for a few minutes, then take out the rolls and serve warm.
