Beetroot Apple Puree for Baby

Ingredients

  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 2 medium apples
  • Water as needed

Instructions

1. Start by peeling and chopping the beetroot into small cubes.

2. Peel and core the apples, then chop them into small pieces.

3. In a pot, add the beetroot and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

4. Add the apple pieces to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the apples are soft.

5. Drain any excess water and transfer the mixture to a blender.

6. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if needed to reach the desired consistency.

7. Allow the puree to cool before serving it to your baby.
