Street Tacos
Ingredients
- 500 g Beef or chicken
- 2 Limes
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 8 small Corn tortillas
- 1 onion , diced
- 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
- Salsa for serving
Instructions
1. Start by marinating the meat in lime juice, garlic, cumin, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated meat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. While the meat is cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate pan for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
4. Once the meat is ready, chop it into small pieces and set aside.
5. Assemble the tacos by placing the meat on the warmed tortillas.
6. Top with diced onions, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
7. Serve immediately with salsa on the side.
