Tuna Pasta Bake
Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 1 can Tuna
- 1 cup Sweetcorn
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Grated cheese
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
3. In a frying pan, heat some oil and sauté chopped onions and garlic until soft.
4. Add canned tuna, sweetcorn, and a splash of milk to the pan, stirring until heated through.
5. Mix the cooked pasta with the tuna mixture and transfer to a baking dish.
6. In a bowl, combine grated cheese with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the pasta.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
