Air Fried Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp Dried herbs (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.

2. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices. Toss to coat evenly.

4. Transfer the seasoned vegetables to the air fryer basket in a single layer.

5. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

6. Check for desired crispiness and cook for an additional few minutes if necessary.

7. Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
