Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
- 200 g Rolled oats
- 250 g Yogurt
- 1 Apple
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 50 g Chopped nuts
- 100 g Fresh berries
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats and yogurt. Stir well to ensure the oats are fully coated.
2. Grate an apple and add it to the mixture along with honey and lemon juice. Mix until combined.
3. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the oats to soften.
4. Before serving, add chopped nuts and fresh berries to the muesli. Stir gently to combine.
5. Serve chilled, garnished with additional fruit if desired.
