Flash-Fried Beef with Peppers
Ingredients
- 500 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 bell Peppers, sliced
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
2. Add sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes until browned and cooked through.
3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for a couple of minutes until they are tender-crisp.
5. Return the beef to the skillet and add soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Stir well to combine and heat through for another minute.
6. Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
