Cauliflower Rice Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cauliflower rice
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 onion , chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, minced
  • 1 bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 carrot , diced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 green Onions, chopped

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.

4. Add diced bell peppers and carrots, cooking until slightly tender.

5. Incorporate cauliflower rice and stir well to combine.

6. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing thoroughly.

7. Cook for a few more minutes until the cauliflower is tender but not mushy.

8. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
