Classic Raclette
Ingredients
- 800 g Raclette cheese
- 1 kg Small potatoes
- 200 g Pickles
- 200 g Cured meats (e.g., prosciutto, salami)
Instructions
1. Begin by preparing the raclette cheese by cutting it into thick slices.
2. Set up your raclette grill or a tabletop grill and preheat it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. While the grill is heating, prepare the accompaniments: boil the potatoes until tender, then keep them warm.
4. Slice the pickles and prepare the cured meats, arranging them on a platter.
5. Once the grill is hot, place the cheese slices in the raclette pans and melt them under the grill.
6. Serve the melted cheese over the warm potatoes, alongside the pickles and cured meats.
