Omnia Chicken with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 4 chicken pieces (thighs or breasts)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Herbs (thyme, rosemary, or your choice)
Instructions
1. Begin by seasoning the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs.
2. In the Omnia, place the hollow central chimney tube in the center and arrange the seasoned chicken pieces around it.
3. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and scatter them around the chicken in the Omnia.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and vegetables for added flavor.
5. Cover the Omnia with its red domed lid securely.
6. Place the Omnia on a gas burner set to low-medium heat.
7. Cook for approximately 40-50 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure even cooking.
8. Once the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, carefully remove the Omnia from the heat.
9. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
