Apple Cinnamon Puree for Baby

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions

1. Start by peeling and coring the apples. Cut them into small pieces.

2. Place the apple pieces in a saucepan and add a small amount of water to prevent sticking.

3. Cook the apples over medium heat until they are soft, which should take about 10-15 minutes.

4. Once the apples are tender, remove them from heat and let them cool slightly.

5. Transfer the cooked apples to a blender or food processor. Add a pinch of cinnamon.

6. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if necessary to achieve the desired consistency.

7. Allow the puree to cool completely before serving to your baby or storing in the refrigerator.
