Blueberry Apple Puree for Baby

Ingredients

  • 100g blueberries
  • 2 medium apples
  • 50ml water

Instructions

1. Start by washing the blueberries thoroughly under running water.

2. Peel and core the apples, then chop them into small pieces.

3. In a saucepan, combine the chopped apples and blueberries with a small amount of water.

4. Cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the blueberries have burst.

5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

6. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

7. If the puree is too thick, add a little more water to reach the desired consistency.

8. Allow the puree to cool completely before serving or storing in the refrigerator.
