Cheese Fondue
Ingredients
- 200 ml White wine
- 1 clove Garlic, halved
- 300 g Gruyère cheese, grated
- 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- Nutmeg, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Bread cubes, for serving
- Vegetables, for serving
Instructions
1. In a pot, combine white wine and garlic. Heat over medium until simmering.
2. Gradually add grated cheese, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
3. Stir in cornstarch mixed with a little wine to thicken the mixture.
4. Season with nutmeg and pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately with bread cubes and vegetables for dipping.
