Omnia Brownies

Ingredients

  • 100g flour
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 200g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100g melted butter
  • 100g chocolate chips

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter until fully combined.

3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

4. Fold in the chocolate chips gently into the batter.

5. Grease the Omnia baking pan with a little butter or oil to prevent sticking.

6. Pour the brownie batter into the greased Omnia pan, spreading it evenly.

7. Place the Omnia pan onto the base of the Omnia stovetop oven, ensuring it fits securely.

8. Cover the Omnia with its red domed lid, making sure it is sealed properly.

9. Cook on low-medium heat for about 25-30 minutes, checking occasionally to avoid burning.

10. Once cooked, remove the Omnia from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
