Omnia Chili con Carne
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 500g ground beef
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 400g kidney beans, drained
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Begin by heating oil in the Omnia on low-medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until the onions are translucent.
3. Incorporate ground beef into the mixture, cooking until browned.
4. Stir in diced bell peppers, followed by canned tomatoes and kidney beans.
5. Season with chili powder, cumin, and salt, mixing well.
6. Place the lid on the Omnia and let it cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
7. Once cooked, remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
