Omnia Flatbread
Ingredients
- 400g flour
- 250ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp yeast
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, salt, and yeast to form a dough.
2. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a flat circle.
4. Preheat the Omnia stovetop oven on low-medium heat.
5. Place the flatbreads around the central chimney tube in the Omnia, ensuring they do not touch each other.
6. Cover the Omnia with the red domed lid and cook for about 10-15 minutes, checking for doneness.
7. Once golden brown, remove the flatbreads and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
