Omnia Frittata with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 50g cheese (grated)

Instructions

1. Begin by chopping your vegetables into small pieces. You can use bell peppers, onions, spinach, or any other vegetables you prefer.

2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and season with salt and pepper. You can also add cheese if desired.

3. Place the chopped vegetables evenly around the central chimney tube of the Omnia.

4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables, ensuring it fills the ring but does not overflow.

5. Carefully place the lid on the Omnia, ensuring it fits snugly.

6. Set the Omnia on a gas burner and cook on low-medium heat for about 20-25 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure it is cooking evenly.

7. Once the frittata is set and cooked through, remove the Omnia from the heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
