Omnia Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 500g ground meat
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 400g tomato sauce
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Shape the mixture into meatballs and set aside.
3. In the Omnia, pour in the tomato sauce and spread it evenly across the base.
4. Carefully place the meatballs around the central chimney tube, ensuring they are not touching each other.
5. Put the lid on the Omnia and place it on a low-medium heat on the gas burner.
6. Cook for approximately 30-35 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure the sauce is bubbling and the meatballs are cooked through.
7. Once done, remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
