Omnia Mini Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 250g pizza dough
  • 100g tomato sauce
  • 150g mozzarella cheese
  • 50g pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the Omnia stovetop oven on low-medium heat for a few minutes.

2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

3. Cut the dough into small circles that fit around the central chimney tube of the Omnia.

4. Place the dough circles in the ring around the chimney, ensuring they are evenly spaced.

5. Spread tomato sauce over each dough circle, leaving a small border around the edges.

6. Sprinkle cheese on top of the sauce, followed by your choice of toppings.

7. Carefully place the lid on the Omnia, ensuring it fits snugly.

8. Cook on low-medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure even cooking.

9. Once the cheese is melted and the crust is golden, remove the lid and let the pizzas cool for a minute before serving.
