Omnia Spinach and Feta Pie
Ingredients
- 250g shortcrust pastry
- 300g fresh spinach
- 200g feta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Begin by preparing the pastry. Roll out the dough and fit it into the base of the Omnia. Trim any excess dough from the edges.
2. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, crumbled feta, eggs, and seasoning until well combined.
3. Pour the spinach and feta mixture into the pastry-lined base of the Omnia, spreading it evenly.
4. Place the lid on the Omnia, ensuring it is secure.
5. Set the Omnia on a gas burner over low-medium heat. Cook for approximately 30-40 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure it is not burning.
6. Once the pie is golden and set, carefully remove the Omnia from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
