Omnia Streusel Cake

Ingredients

  • 200g flour
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml milk
  • 50g melted butter
  • 100g flour (for streusel)
  • 50g sugar (for streusel)
  • 30g butter (for streusel)

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

2. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.

3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

4. Pour the batter into the Omnia's ring, ensuring it fills evenly around the central tube.

5. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and butter for the streusel topping until crumbly.

6. Sprinkle the streusel mixture evenly over the batter in the Omnia.

7. Place the lid on the Omnia and set it on a low-medium heat on the gas burner.

8. Cook for approximately 30-40 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick inserted into the center.

9. Once baked, carefully remove the Omnia from the heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
