Plum and Apple Puree for Baby

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe plums
  • 2 apples
  • Water as needed

Instructions

1. Start by washing the plums and apples thoroughly.

2. Cut the plums in half, remove the pits, and chop them into smaller pieces.

3. Peel the apples, core them, and chop them into small chunks.

4. In a saucepan, combine the chopped plums and apples with a little water.

5. Cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruits are soft.

6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

7. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

8. If the puree is too thick, add a little more water to reach the desired consistency.

9. Allow the puree to cool completely before serving or storing in the fridge.
