Omnia Bread

Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 7 g Dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 300 ml Warm water

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Mix well.

2. Gradually add warm water to the dry ingredients while stirring until a dough forms.

3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

5. Once risen, punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.

6. Preheat the Omnia oven on medium heat.

7. Place the loaf in the Omnia baking pan and cover with the lid.

8. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

9. Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
