Omnia Potato Gratin

Ingredients

  • 800g potatoes
  • 200ml cream
  • 150g grated cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

1. Start by peeling and thinly slicing the potatoes.

2. In a bowl, mix the cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. Layer the sliced potatoes in the Omnia, placing them around the central chimney tube.

4. Pour the cream and cheese mixture evenly over the layered potatoes.

5. Place the lid on the Omnia securely.

6. Cook on low-medium heat for approximately 45 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure even cooking.

7. Once the potatoes are tender and the top is golden, remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
