Omnia Shakshuka

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400g diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

1. Heat oil in the Omnia on low-medium heat.

2. Add chopped onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.

3. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

4. Pour in diced tomatoes and add spices, simmer for a few minutes.

5. Create small wells in the mixture and crack eggs into each well.

6. Place the lid on the Omnia and cook for about 10-15 minutes until the eggs are set.

7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
