Omnia Stuffed Peppers with Beef

Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 500g ground beef
  • 200g cooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Begin by preparing the bell peppers. Cut the tops off and remove the seeds and membranes.

2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, and spices. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3. Stuff each bell pepper with the beef mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.

4. Place the filled peppers upright in the Omnia, surrounding the central chimney tube.

5. Put the lid on the Omnia securely.

6. Cook on low-medium heat for approximately 30-40 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure even cooking. The peppers should be tender and the beef cooked through.
