Pea and Carrot Puree for Baby
Ingredients
- 100g peas
- 100g carrots
- Water for cooking
Instructions
1. Start by washing the peas and carrots thoroughly.
2. Peel and chop the carrots into small pieces for even cooking.
3. In a pot, add the chopped carrots and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and cook until tender.
4. Add the peas to the pot and cook for an additional few minutes until they are soft.
5. Drain the vegetables and transfer them to a blender or food processor.
6. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
7. Allow the puree to cool before serving it to your baby.
