Zucchini Rice Puree for Baby
Ingredients
- 100g rice
- 1 medium zucchini
- 300ml water
Instructions
1. Start by rinsing the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. In a pot, combine the rinsed rice with water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender.
3. While the rice is cooking, wash the zucchini and cut it into small pieces.
4. In a separate pot, steam the zucchini until it is soft, which should take about 5-7 minutes.
5. Once the rice is cooked and the zucchini is tender, combine them in a blender or food processor.
6. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
7. Allow the puree to cool before serving it to your baby.
