Omnia Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 800g beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 500ml beef broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions
1. Begin by cutting the beef into bite-sized pieces and seasoning them with salt and pepper.
2. In the Omnia, layer the beef around the central chimney tube.
3. Chop the onions and garlic, then add them to the Omnia on top of the beef.
4. Dice the carrots and potatoes, and place them in the Omnia as well.
5. Pour in the beef broth and add the bay leaves and thyme.
6. Place the lid on the Omnia securely.
7. Cook on low-medium heat for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, checking occasionally to ensure it’s simmering gently.
8. Once the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through, remove the Omnia from the heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
