Omnia Pizza Margherita
Ingredients
- 250g pizza dough
- 200g tomato sauce
- 150g mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Flour (for dusting)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Omnia stovetop oven on low-medium heat for a few minutes.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
3. Carefully place the rolled dough into the ring of the Omnia, ensuring it fits snugly around the central chimney.
4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
5. Tear the mozzarella cheese into pieces and distribute them evenly over the sauce.
6. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top of the cheese for added flavor.
7. Place the lid on the Omnia and cook for about 15-20 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure it doesn't burn.
8. Once the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling, remove the lid and let it cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
