Omnia Pizza with Ham and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 200g tomato sauce
  • 150g cheese
  • 100g ham, sliced
  • 100g mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

1. Preheat the Omnia stovetop oven on low-medium heat for a few minutes.

2. Roll out the pizza dough to fit the ring of the Omnia. Place the dough in the ring, ensuring it covers the base evenly.

3. Spread tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

4. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the sauce.

5. Add sliced ham and mushrooms on top of the cheese.

6. Carefully place the lid on the Omnia to trap the heat.

7. Cook on low-medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure it doesn't burn.

8. Once the cheese is melted and the crust is golden, remove the lid and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
