Omnia Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill

Instructions

1. Begin by preparing the salmon fillets. Season them with salt and pepper on both sides.

2. Place the salmon fillets in the Omnia, arranging them around the central chimney tube.

3. Slice the lemon and place the slices on top of the salmon.

4. Sprinkle fresh dill over the salmon and lemon slices for added flavor.

5. Put the lid on the Omnia to trap the heat.

6. Cook on low-medium heat for approximately 20-25 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure even cooking.

7. Once the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, remove the Omnia from the heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
