One-Pot Pasta with Veggies

Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta
  • 400 ml Water
  • 150 g Mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, spinach)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Herbs (e.g., basil, oregano)
  • Grated cheese (optional)

Instructions

1. Begin by adding water to the Omnia pan, ensuring it covers the bottom.

2. Add pasta and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

3. Once boiling, add chopped vegetables and a pinch of salt.

4. Cover the Omnia with the lid and reduce heat to low, allowing it to simmer for about 10-12 minutes until the pasta is cooked and the veggies are tender.

5. Stir in olive oil and your choice of herbs for flavor.

6. Serve hot, garnished with grated cheese if desired.
