One-Pot Pizza Calzone (Rolled)

One-Pot Pizza Calzone (Rolled)

Ingredients

  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 250 ml Warm water
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 g Tomato sauce
  • 150 g Cheese
  • Toppings of choice (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)

Instructions

1. Preheat your Omnia oven on the stove for about 10 minutes on medium heat.

2. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar together. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the surface, leaving a border.

4. Sprinkle cheese and your choice of toppings over the sauce. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges by pressing firmly.

5. Carefully place the calzone in the Omnia pan. Cover with the lid and cook for about 20-25 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure it doesn't burn.

6. Once golden brown, remove from the Omnia and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
