Peach Puree for Baby
Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches
- Water (as needed)
Instructions
1. Start by selecting ripe peaches. Wash them thoroughly under running water.
2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. You can peel the skin if desired, but it's not necessary for pureeing.
3. Place the peach halves in a saucepan and add a small amount of water to prevent sticking.
4. Cook the peaches over medium heat until they are soft, which should take about 10 minutes.
5. Once cooked, transfer the peaches to a blender or food processor.
6. Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
7. Allow the puree to cool before serving or storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
