Mango Puree for Baby

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • Water (optional)

Instructions

1. Start by selecting ripe mangoes. Cut them in half and remove the pit.

2. Scoop the flesh out of the mango halves using a spoon.

3. Place the mango flesh into a blender or food processor.

4. Blend until smooth. If the puree is too thick, you can add a little water to achieve the desired consistency.

5. Once blended, pour the puree into a bowl and let it cool before serving to your baby.
