Omnia Naan Bread
Ingredients
- 300g all-purpose flour
- 150g plain yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
- Water (as needed)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine flour, yogurt, and salt to form a dough.
2. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a flat circle.
4. Preheat the Omnia on low-medium heat for a few minutes.
5. Place the rolled naan around the central chimney tube in the Omnia, ensuring they are not overlapping.
6. Cover the Omnia with the lid and cook for about 5-7 minutes, checking occasionally to avoid burning.
7. Once the naan is puffed and golden, remove them from the Omnia and serve warm.
